$3.50 ($1.20 traditional toast, $1.20 half-boiled eggs, $1.20 teh) | Located in Maxwell Food Centre, the eggs and teh were nicely done. The kaya is a little sweet but the butter has a tint of lemony taste which is quite unique. Worth it!
