For sides to share, two plates of this should suffice. It wasn’t recommended (a shocker really) but the pork skewers are excellent. The marinade is a perfectly balance between sweet and salty, and the burnt bits add a nice smokiness to the meat. Though a bit on the fatty side, you can afford the calories at least for just one skewer.
