Haven’t been back to Jin Jin Eating House in a while! Tried the soup version this round and really liked the heat with the lingering numbness. Their ingredients are fresh and are cooked well - liked the chewiness of the wide sweet potato noodles and how they soaked up the slightly creamy soup nicely.
