Pig stomach soup. Strong ginger taste soup which feels more like the turtle soup base than the usual peppery soup. Generous amount of fish maw, pig stomach, dried scallops and black chicken. Super ho liao π
Assam fish head. It does not disappoint. Fresh ingredients and rather good assam.
Fried pig's intestine. Damn sinful but it is oh-so-good. Freshly cooked, crispy skin and juicy intestine. Oh, it comes with a sweet dipping sauce too π
Asparagus with scallops. Flavourful vegetables to balance all that meat.
I also what is this call but it is one of their must-have signature dishes. Golden, crispy premium ngoh hiang sort. It had lor bak, prawns, chicken (I think). It was a heavenly combination. π
Dong Po Pork Ribs. It is not bad but not a must-have.
Yusheng! With little abalones. 8 of them, represents prosperity as it is HUAT in hokkien.
