It took us 1h15mins to get our chicken stewers but all was worth it! When it was our turn to order, we finally saw why it was a long wait and why it was such a popular snack to queue for.

The owner first put the skewers in a huge oven to partially cook them, before coating them with sauce then putting them into another smaller oven. He sets the timer, and after a few minutes, takes it out and drizzles sauce according to the orders. He then chucks it back into the oven again. Every time, he only takes about 3-4 people's orders.

We ordered the mozzarella (W4,000) and wine cheese (W3,000). We couldn't decide which was better!
