What do you mean by you don't know how 店小二's 当归鸭 taste like?
One does not simply stay in Singapore and not try the angelica herbs duckie at my favourite place.

The gravy is slightly herbal, don't worry if you hate the taste of herbs.. You'll love this anyway! Everyone loves this!

The roasted duck meat is tender and juicy (hawker sometimes sell dry and hard ones). My favourite part has got to be the slightly crispy skin. It's amazing how the skin can stay this way!

However, I was slightly disappointed as the duck's skin here isn't as crispy as what I usually have at Dian Xiao Er (prolly because they poured the gravy onto the duck instead of placing the the duck into the gravy)

But hey! It costs approximately one-third (or less) of what Dian Xiao Er charges. For this portion (medium), it's $25+ in Singapore.

Couldn't agree more! Favourite duck, from across the bridge.
