What a marvelous bowl! Possibly the best beef noodles I've had to date, this is so rich, so savory and so generous with its portions. The potency of the beef soup (served on the side) is apparent from its cloudiness. The sweet and robust beef soup is contrasted perfectly against the delicious stew-like gravy, I couldn't help but finish both even though I was still full from breakfast. The beef slices were tender and thinly sliced. They have a nice chewy texture without being too difficult to break. And the beef balls were okay, not stellar. I'd have preferred the balls to be slightly more savory.

Side note: The auntie here is a great saleswoman. Get ready to part with your moo-lah when she upsells you the $5 portion instead (small portion costs $4). The good news is, you won't regret dropping that extra buck.
