The crispy rice, tender chicken, sweet Chinese sausage and salted fish come together beautifully, especially after a good toss with dark soy sauce. It’s claypot rice done right — simple, flavourful and satisfying. At $7.50 per pax, the portion might leave a hungry stomach wanting more.
