Value omakase with creations that taste straight from the sea with little rice just like how they serve sushi in Japan to bring the focus back to each chef’s art work.Enjoyed this immensely maybe except for the shirako as the serving of it was a little overkill for me. Dessert was pumpkin sorbet, refreshingly light. There was also scallop gukan, unagi sushi and a generous slab of otoro sushi. Too lazy to upload multiple posts on one restaurant.
