This dish packed a punch in both flavor and to our wallets. Unassuming “ba chor mee” noodles were al dente, neither over nor under cooked. The sauce might look gross and gooey but it was a balance of sweet-savory-spicy, perfect for a Singaporean’s palate (have it once served as sauce becomes runny). Coupled with raw cucumbers for crunch and tender minced meat, we are sold and have been coming back ever since. It’s no wonder the ZZM has a price point same as noodles with more meat🤔 Not to mention, having been to Ion, Airport and Westgate ourselves, Paradise Group is miraculously able to achieve consistent food quality standards despite having multiple outlets.
