Located at Westgate at the entrance of SYNC Korean Fusion Bistro, Soobingbing primarily serves Bingsu but they have also added the trending Raindrop Cake into their menu. One of the three flavours offered (original and DIY with a choice of three toppings are the other two options), the raindrop cake claimed to be made of "mineral spring water" might be bland, but do scoop in a little matcha sauce and Injeolmi powder for a little soybean flavour and a little sweetness to flavour things up quite a bit. It's probably something to try once for paying $4.80 for a water-based agar isn't quite the most sane thing one could do, but I admit it's pretty much a dessert that I enjoyed without much guilt even till the last morsel — something I might order just for a little sweetness to run on my tongue to stop me from over feeding myself with bigger desserts.
