Ordered a small size beef cubes $6.90 with black pepper sauce. Quite pricey for that portion. The flavour of the sauce was quite overpowering; couldnt taste the beef itself. Was expecting the beef cubes to be caramelized from the scorching but there wasn't any. Texture wise was too chewy, might be due to the un-rendered fats and tissues of the rib eye. .
