Homemade Squid Ink Spaghetti, Greenland Shrimps, Baby Squid, Fish Crumbs and Calamansi. An umami bomb I would say, right from the squid ink pasta and all the way to the fish crumbs which were twined within β each strand has a good level of savouriness that just adds to the dish's flavour profile for a slight crunchy, garlicky and saltiness similar to fried fish skin. You would probably love this if you are one who can't resist slightly heavier flavours like me!
