For our starters, we got the breaded pig’s head and bone marrow. The breaded pig’s head was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, savoury but not too overpowering. The bone marrow was one of my favourites, I felt that the slight saltiness of the herbs combined with the creaminess of the bone marrow made it pleasantly decadent!

For mains, we got the wagyu tri-tip and rump cap (paired with choron and salsa verde sauces), along with mac & cheese and spinach salad as sides. The doneness of the wagyu was perfect, tender and well-seasoned. The mac & cheese was thick and buttery with the four cheeses, delicious!

Finally, we ended off with Fat Belly’s tiramisu, with was superbly moist and creamy and not overly sweet.

Overall, an amazing spread and a great communal dining experience! Shoutout to the attentive waiters as well!
