It takes lots of courage and affirmation to be able to crown yourself as the king of pig’s organ soup from Authentic Mun Chee Kee. The soup here is of a lighter and “cleaner” version without the strong porky flavour with a touch of tanginess from the salted vegetables. The meatballs are nothing out of this world as they are the generic ones produced from a factory but the pork slices deserved a round of applause for its tenderness.
