Available at the revamped Crystal Jade Palace @ Taka, this sizzling hot claypot dish comprises springy sea cucumber & chunks of tender pork belly slow braised in a concoction of soy sauce, rock sugar and spices. The sauce — a perfect balance of sweet & savoury — goes very well with a bowl of fluffy rice. Definitely my kind of #comfortfood!
