They weren’t able to make a veggie version so the chicken was subbed with a veggie spring roll and the rest included seafood. There was some traditional Singaporean Malay dishes like Kueh Pie Ti, crisp Top Hats filled with stewed julienned turnip and condiments, topped with a prawn. A seafood mini burger, a salmon roulade and a salmon blini style dish. The desserts were mini cheesecake, tiramisu, carrot cake and a mint choc mousse which was everyone’s fave.
