The original portion for this dish comes with 2 lobster rolls with crispy fries, or you can choose to switch it up to truffle / sweet potato fries at a top up of $1. The chunks of lobster meat are tossed in a light sauce and topped on brioche buns that had shredded cabbage (like a coleslaw) beneath. Wasn’t as big a fan of this unfortunately, as I found it little dry overall and was definitely hoping for fluffier and more buttery brioche buns. Texture of the lobster meat chunks leaned more firm.
