Capped with a cloud of bruléed marshmallowy meringue, this lemon meringue pie is a real showstopper. The tart lemon filling goes very well with the pillowy soft meringue. It is a dessert which is bursting in flavours but it is rather sad that the one I had has a rather soggy base. Like what the Queen of Cakes ; Mary Berry would say "who loves a soggy bottom !?"
