Beautifully poached eggs draped in a homemade red sauce (made with beef and chicken stocks, veal jus, shallots, vinegar, red wine and finished with butter); that rich and complex sauce complimenting its beautiful ooze. Savoury meatiness from lardons add to the heartiness of the dish. And when you almost finished, there’s the base of sourdough bread to mop up any remaining glorious sauce-yolk mix. 😍 #FindNewFood
