Ingredients:
🦐 Prawns
🥚 Salted eggs (depending on the portion)
🌶 Chilli Padi
Garlic
Pepper
Ginger (optional)
Prepararion:
First, chop the garlics into dices or minced it if you prefer and then fry till it's slightly a darker shade of yellow. Bring it out of the pan for later. Then, separate the salted egg into whites and yolks. Minced or mashed them. Put it aside. Chopped the chillis. Sliced the ginger (if you have them). Stir fry the fresh prawns only till 50% cooked and set it aside.
Cooking:
Add in the mashed salted egg yolks (making sure there are bubbles) and stir them continuously. Bring them out and set it aside. Now, stir fry the salted egg whites and add in the chilli padi after the ginger slices. Then add the diced garlic into the pan, add the half-cooked prawns, the salted egg yolk sauce and a dash of pepper. Fry the prawns till they are fully cooked and serve! Voila!
