Butterscotch Popcorn Waffles ($14) - Extremely photogenic plate of crispy buttermilk waffles topped with popcorn, bananas, crushed nuts with a scoop of artisanal vanilla bean ice cream. Instead of using the usual salted caramel sauce, generous portion of homemade butterscotch sauce was drizzled over it. Love how the salty popcorn works in this dish and it is simply a perfect marriage of salty and sweet!
