If you’re looking for some good fried chicken, the Spring Pancake & Fried Chicken ($21) at @thepopuluscafe was worth waiting the 20 minutes waiting time for.
Though I wasn’t a fan of the spring onion & corn pancake, the signature crispy fried chicken thigh fillet was one of my favourite things on the menu 🤤 The 2 huge pieces of chicken were so tender and I enjoyed every bite of it, not jelak at all.
Be warned, the house special ranch dressing on top is a lil spicy so ask for it on the side if you want. #thepopuluscafe #outrampark #sgcafe #sgcafefood
