The confusion I had with this tart... I was expecting this to be a pastry with banana filling but turns out, it's literally a banana cake in a buttery crust 😭 like ya'll can't just wrap some pastry dough around a cake and call it a tart pls sjsjwnqk

My confusion aside, this is a really solid cake! Suuuuper fragrant and delicious with a strong banana aroma. The pastry is also really buttery, crumbly and melts in the mouth. Hella good 👍

Please don't be misled like I was, this is very much a cake with some pastry dough wrapped around it LMAO if you like banana cakes, this is good and worth a try but for the size it's a tad bit pricey.
