Underneath that chewy fragrant layer of MELTED CHEESE lies another thick layer of savoury NACHOS CHEESE and a flavourful mix of beef, chicken, CREAMY scrambled eggs and pasta soaked (and I really mean SOAKED) in sweet CREAMY MANGO sauce. Who would've thought mango goes so well with pasta? Loved this sauce ever since I had it with the pistolers for the very first time 3 years ago.

Eighteen Chefs has always been a place I would return to for their cheeeesy baked pasta/ rice, for their good prices, but also the story behind their founding. Food truly has the power to unite people.
