4: Dim Sum. Head to 蓮香楼 for the most traditional yum cha experience. In here, you will see dim sum trolley and the old dim sum card. Basically, dim sum ladies will push trolley around while you order from their selections. Be wary of the crowd though. Lots of tourists and food run out real fast. Also, don't bring any luggage along and be warned that table sharing might take place if you come in small groups.
