Your standard tempura ebi prawn, although better executed at Tendon Kohaku than other Japanese restaurants and food court stalls. The prawn is coated with a thin tempura batter and fried till crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I got this in the seasonal Umi Tendon ($23++), but you’ll find the tempura ebi in the regular Tendon ($15++) too!
