Skin so crisp and meat so tender, I want to eat it everyday. I like dipping them with the usual spicy English mustard, though, I like experimenting at times like dipping them in plum sauce, or the honey BBQ sauce that comes with the Char Siew (Chinese Pork BBQ) or some hoisin sauce works well too. .
