All that talk about the Seafood Gochujang Risotto was legit, this was even better than expected. Completely bowled over by that dangerously addictive creamy gochujang sauce. The fresh seafood imbued a certain sweetness into the al dente grains, which served as the perfect vehicle for its substantial flavours.
