Kobe Ribeye Marbling 9, US Short Ribs, Pork Crackles. The short ribs were so tender that they just fell apart in my mouth. And the pork crackles appeared to me to be a mix of traditional Chinese roast pork belly and German Pork knuckle, which is a good thing. The Kobe Ribeye was a mix of both firmness and tenderness, packed full of beef flavour. One of the highly recommended dishes to order t Savour 2015!
