Those poached eggs is AMAZING.

It comes with a pair of each; poach egg, smoked salmon (or turkey ham) and bread, separated in between by some vegetables atop swirling hollandaise sauce, the dish is displayed in a way that is aesthetically beautiful. These poached eggs are made beautifully and is so soft that it melts inside the mouth. I'm a big fan of smoked salmon so no complaints on that, and the sauce gives an interesting touch to the dryness of the bread though.
