New all-day-dining BOYUTEI by One-star Michelin restaurant, Whitegrass and matcha house HVALA.

Taking over the space at Ann Siang Hill, dishes, the restaurant has a main dining hall and soon to come basement for drinks.

Whitegrass dishes out the Japanese-French savoury menu such as Ebi Katsu Sando ($22), Prawn and Chicken Okonomiyaki ($22). Whereas tea house HVALA is in charge of the dessert and beverages.

I’m personally a fan of the sweets more than savoury (which has more room for improvement.) Matcha fans don’t miss their Goma Matcha Crepe ($14). Thin matcha flavoured crepe slathered with matcha pastry cream, a dollop of HVALA’s matcha ice cream finished with goma crumble.
