opted for the chicken rice instead. there was the charcoal smell but i was unable to taste any. only thing i like abt the soba were the sesame seeds in the dip. cannot go wrong with the layered egg. matcha pudding was a tad too milky for me but its definitely matcha-y. quite disappointed with the mains but the service was on point. might return again to try the other mains.
