Loved these flavour bombshells! One look and you know the crust is crisp, and the harissa-tinged pulled lamb filling's been delivered straight out of Flavourtown. Possibly slightly salty for lighter palates, but load it up with the charred herb salad for balance and freshness.

If you want to spice things up a little bit, a few dashes of the housemade habanero sauce should do the trick!
