Black soya bean sauce noodles with seafood
Jajangmyeon is noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang (a salty black paste when in unheated), diced pork, seafood and vegetables. The noodles are handmade.
Huge serving. Very yummy.
Tangsuyuk (S$25++)
Sweet and sour pork
This dish is made by pouring the sweet and sour sauce onto the fried pork. The pork is sliced to bite-sized pieces and covered with soy sauce, pepper and starch powder. After that the pork is fried, before being consumed with the sauce , which is a mixture of sugar vinegar.
Pretty bland without the sauce. Quite chewy.
