Tsujiri Parfait comes in two forms; the normal milk based version and the matcha flavoured one. Went for the latter and the Parfait is filled with Matcha soft serve, two biscuit sticks, candied cherry, cornflakes and Azuki Red Beans. Matcha soft serve is really rich so expect it to be more bitter than sweet, and the main sweetness comes from the Azuki Red Beans instead. Cornflakes adds the crunch, but the supplied biscuits that could easily be bought off traditional tidbits shops from the tin sort of cheapens the overall feel, and the cherry adds a really artificial flavour to the parfait.
