All my favourite ingredients in one plate: zucchini, savoy cabbage, caviar, dover sole fillet with porcini mushroom sabayon. It might look rather bland and unappealing but I found the vegetables really yummy. It tastes like a home-made comfort food that your mum cooks when you're unwell.
