Dily is a popular food kiosk on the ground floor of Clifford centre (outside guardian pharmacy), very busy at breakfast and lunchtime as they sell all sorts of local home style food and snacks. One of my favourite items is the dry mee siam when I feel like a simple lunch. You can add any of the cai peng items if you like.
