The Butcher's Dining is an interesting dining concept. Besides housing a Korean gourmet butchery and grocer that sells everything from korean meat cuts and (atas) Korean condiments to ready to go meal packs for those who want to eat from the comfort of their home but are lazy to do the prep work, there is also an all day dining cafe which serves a somewhat limited range of Korean inspired cafe fare.

The spicy pulled pork burger is one of their signature items and features soft tender spicy pulled pork marinated with gochujang sauce, topped with in-house pickles, thinly sliced rings of onion, and shredded carrot and cabbage.

The portion is to be honest on the small side considering the price. We however liked how the various components - the sweetness of the pulled pork, the spicy and savoury gochuchang, the sharp bite of raw onions and the zesty flavours of the pickles - come together with each bite. It's a tasty burger though on the pricey side.
