En route to Sweden, I had a 4 course meal(56€) in a restaurant at the bow of the cruise.
Cheaper if brought online earlier.

Salmon, Mustard Seeds, Cucumber πŸ₯°
A neat plating for appetitser. Rich, savoury and the tender taste of the freshest cut from the fish. Mm... πŸ˜‹ Paired it with a sparkling alkoholfrei wine to complement it.
-
Dry Age Beef, Bone Marrow, Vendace Roe πŸ˜‹
Medium to medium rare doneness. Beef was well-seasoned, thick, chewy und juicy. The sweet sticky sauce coated over it enhances the profile of it. It was fantastic. The flavours still remains after having a long chew to it, normally the juice in it will be gone soon but theirs Nein.
Vendace Roe were popping & savoury.
Bone Marrow tho small but it leave me the most memorable taste of it. It so nice and melty.
Accompany with an awesome bowl of crunchy French fries that was seasoned with salt and a bowl of clean and fresh salad.
Paired it with alkoholfrei Red wine to complete the Main.
-
Cheese, Chamomile, Honey 😊
A Pre-dessert dish. Chopped apple were crunchy and sweet. The other one, not sure what it is, had a sharp sourish taste.
-
Strawberry, Almond, Mint 😘
Neutral sweet mousse with mint ice cream, fresh cut strawberry and crumble pavlova. Paired it with a sweet strawberry flavoured drink to end with a satisfaction.
