To be very honest, I had no idea what I was ordering and I only chose this because it reminded me of a snack I had on my trip in Hanoi. It’s similar to chee cheong fun, with the long stripes of rice noodles, but unlike its noodle mate, you don’t choose the toppings. What you get are spam slices, fried onions and fresh herbs and veggies, tossed in a sweet chilli sauce. A heavy snack, but a must order if you pay Star Viet a visit!
