Finally tried the paofan here! While the queue to order was rather long, it was pretty fast. Had the duo fish just to get the best of both worlds, and added prawns which I enjoyed how sweet and fresh they were tho it’s an additional $4 for 2 pieces. Fish slices were thick, broth was flavorful!

Also liked that they were generous with the fish egg floss and the crispy rice gave it texture! Slightly pricey but will still go back for this when the craving hits and if the queue isn’t crazy especially since it gets pretty hot in the afternoon.
