A little late into the game, but I finally tried the Impossible Burger! While it does have the texture of meat, it does not taste like beef. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll taste the difference if you pay attention to it, but if you are served this dish, not knowing it’s a meatless meat, coupled with all the sauces and all, you wouldn’t taste the difference. I enjoyed Privé’s rendition really well and wouldn’t mind coming back to give their Impossible pasta a try! ⁣⁣⁣⁣
