Maybe soak the salad veg with ice water after washing, add in some capsicum/ cucumber (watery crunchy veg) + sengkuang/ radish, will help to improve the salad mix that bears your cafe's name in the menu & thus reputation.
Please please please work on the salad dressing: maybe sweet sour/ savory hot/ simple balsamic vinegar+olive oil+lemon juice to enhance the combination and counter the weather.🙏🏻😎🍴 Whoever prepared this, certainly not someone who loves veg. and enjoy salad.
