A very colourful and bright dessert! Love the topping with edible flower petal. You don’t see that often.
Love the almond cookie base. The puff pastry is nice. The side is chocolate soil and hay ice-cream (something you don’t hear every day!).

Overall, combo comes well together and not too sweet. It’s good but nothing stands out either.
