The name is 乐乐叉烧 roasting pork

Have to say it's unique, imagine a mild bakkwa marinade but with a mild bacon-y saltiness throughout. It really does work well with the runny yolk too

However it's not gg to impress. Not worth a visit if you've had good charsiew in Singapore alr
