Pasta & Co’s a relatively new pasta spot tucked in Fortune Centre, just next to the escalator on the 2nd floor. Specialising in handmade pastas, choose from 4 pasta types - roasted capsicum with paprika spaghetti, beetroot fusilli, pumpkin rigatoni and squid ink tagliatelle: to go with their menu of 10 pasta dishes (there’s also 2 risottos)!

We had their Cacio E Pepe with capsicum spaghetti. Haven’t had that many cacio e pepe to compare properly, but we quite enjoyed how the peppery notes gradually grew distinct yet not overbearing, allowing the cheesiness to still take presence. Would have liked this just a lot less oily though. Prices lean on higher end.
