Rainbow Tamago - one of the most instagrammable dishes at Flashbang and I absolutely loved it!

Crispy softshell crab with cheese web [$10] .

Salted egg Mac & cheese [$6]
Topped with crisp fish skin, bacon bits and spring onions, this combination of salted egg with cheese definitely worked wonders to my palate!

Fried kimchi tempura popiah with seafood paste & cheese [$5]
Exclusive to the @flashbangsingapore event, this deep fried kimchi popiah left me with no regrets , and was in fact my ultimate bias despite the endless rounds of indulgence.

Flash Bang easily climbed to one of my favourite night markets to visit.

Flashbang held at the carpark outside 313 sommerset entrance, now till 30 dec.
