Available only for a limited time as a seasonal special, this cookie chocolate ring bingsu comprises of Oreo O’s cereal, a popular korean breakfast cereal or snack, along with marshmallows, whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder, vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce and oreo cookie. Apart from the condensed milk that’s served at the side by default for you to drizzle onto the bingsu, this flavour also comes with a mini pot of fresh milk and marshmallows (swipe to view) which actually kinds of complement the Oreo O’s cereal - imagine the typical breakfast of milk & cereal? 🤔 Underneath the pile of crunchy Oreo O’s, there’s also a hidden (and pleasant) surprise element of cheesecake cubes - my favourite topping in the bingsu here. Creamy and luscious, I am secretly wishing more of these cheesecake cubes can be placed within the smooth, fluffy and snowflake-alike milk shaved ice. Overall, this is quite an interesting flavour which was also aesthetically appealing, but imo it was actually rather mediocre in terms of flavour, with the Oreo O’s only contributing to a pleasant crunch factor but not much for the flavour. Nevertheless, it’s still decent and worth a try if you are a fan of chocolate milk🍫🥛 .

[PS: Do exercise precaution and snap your shots fast (if you need to) as the vanilla ice cream atop the fluffy marshmallows was a precarious threat that might topple anytime - which did so for mine within less than a minute. Thankfully I had salvaged it with the help of my dining partner and managed to secure a shot 📸] .
