My love for hokkien mee has taken a backseat for a while since I do not have any good nearby options. Glad to chance upon Chef Goo’s as theirs is pretty decent

Dish is filling with its generous toppings - plump prawns though slightly overcooked are fresh, a few pork belly slices, lard, and some lala. It is on the wetter side (which I prefer), though the “broth” is a bit bland

Being a lazy ass, having that big of a prawn, I abhor the peeling part lol. Added in here (second photo) their peeled version ($6) which I enjoyed too, but not as much as the full one despite not doing the deshelling myself 😂
